Full Property Extension & Internal Redesign – Structural Build & Layout Transformation

This project showcases a full-width rear extension paired with a complete internal redesign to transform the layout of this home. Our team constructed the new extension to significantly increase the property’s footprint, adding modern open-plan living space with large-format glazing to maximise natural light and garden views.
The extension was built with full structural integration into the existing building, including new foundations, walls, roofing, and a feature skylight to brighten the central area of the home. Inside, multiple rooms were reconfigured to create a more functional flow, improving accessibility and enhancing the use of space throughout the ground floor.
The exterior was finished with a contemporary patio design that steps out seamlessly from the new extension, creating a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living. The result is a modern, spacious and practical family home tailored to the client’s lifestyle, with improved proportions and long-term value.
