Open-Plan Living Transformation – Internal Wall Removal & Structural Support Installation

This project involved the removal of internal dividing walls to create a bright, open-plan living and dining space. Our team carefully dismantled the existing structure, installed the required steel supports, and ensured all load-bearing elements were safely reinforced to meet building regulations.
By opening up the layout, the space now flows seamlessly from the entrance hallway through to the main living area, allowing natural light to carry throughout the room. The newly exposed span has been finished with clean timber framing, adding warmth and architectural character while maintaining structural integrity.
This transformation not only enhances the usability of the home but also creates a modern, spacious environment ideal for everyday living and entertaining.
